Our Client is A Leading Property Developer in HK

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to develop strategic plan on internal audit, perform & execute risk assessment and audit engagements
• Conduct performance review and analysis on existing portfolio and make recommendations on the effectiveness of the operations
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related disciplines
• A recognized professional accounting qualification
• At least 10 years’ audit or financial analysis experience, preferably with exposure gained from the real estate sector or property developers
• Familiar with leasing operation, particular retail business
• Excellent report writing skill and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and good analytical skills

• Proven English proficiency
