Head of Product Proposition
Our client is A Leading International Insurance Firm.
Objectives of the job:
A senior role with financial responsibility on the customer propositions supporting the strategic goals and growth of the business.
- Develop and monitor our competitive position in terms of customer, and service proposition through market research, data analysis and feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Analyse information gathered to develop strategies and solutions that increase the customer base and our share of wallet, improve retention and grow market share.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Deliverables:
Drive the formulation and execution of short to long-term strategic plans for the customer propositions on the products and services offered to the customers.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Make use of customer data to perform analytics to derive further right propositions for cross selling and up selling to the existing customer database.
Ensure all customer solutions and offers are proposition-led leveraging Company’s capabilities and competitive edge to create a sustainable, differentiated, competitive position.
Requirements:
University graduate with 15+ years’ experience, working in product marketing and / or product development (ILAS and Traditional Life), and business development
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
Proficient in market research and data analysis
Project planning and control
Strategic for customer trends, opportunities
Strong leadership
Innovative in creating compelling solutions
Excellent influencing and communication skill
