Our client is A Leading International Life Insurance Company

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for delivering the recruitment number through collaboration with various stakeholders, e.g. Agency Business Development, Training, agency office heads, agency leaders, agents.
  • Increase the number of active and consistent recruiters.
  • Develop effective tools to increase recruitment productivity of agency leaders.
  • In charge of all recruitment and sales activities to support the agency to reach APE/NSC, recruitment and cases number. The activities include but not limited to; lead generation, roadshow, lifestyle event, campus recruitment, client/recruitment seminars, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiters (agency leaders – BM or above), by segment.
  • Increase recruitment capacity (i.e., number of agency leaders who recruit).
  • Recruit agency leaders from outside who are capable of recruiting and building teams.
  • Increase the recruitment productivity, especially those important segments, namely warriors, Tier 2 and Tier 3 managers.
  • Improve the recruitment productivity of Unit Manager, pre-manager.
  • Design, enhance and implement program and campaign to drive recruitment result by agency leaders and agents’ referral.
  • Establish culture of recruitment within the agency
  • Develop tools and recruitment packages/scheme to improve recruitment capability.
  • Monitor the usage of tools and recruitment packages/scheme.
  • Plan, organize and monitor various types of recruitment and sales activities to drive specific behaviours.
  • Provide appropriate leadership styles when necessary

Requirements:

  • University graduate; At least 15 years of agency management experience in the life insurance industry, in which 10 years exposure in recruitment and monitoring insurance sales activities
  • Skillful in dealing with different types of agency leaders to help deliver effective and efficient sales activities
  • Be highly disciplined and Analytical
  • Knowledgeable in agency compensation and incentive schemes
