Job Description:

• To head and supervise the underwriting and business development functions
• To ensure the underwriting discipline is fully complied with
• To capture and develop business portfolio both internally within the group and externally
• To coordinate with the claims department to enhance the smooth operations within the company
• To assist the CEO and investment team to monitor the performance of the investment portfolio

Job Specifications:

• University degree or above
• Minimum 20 years’ relevant experience in general insurance, covering key areas which include marketing, business development, underwriting and claims
• Outgoing personality and able to communicate with different levels of people
• Good appreciation of Hong Kong Chinese corporate cultures
