Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational and business review of subsidiaries/joint ventures of the Group
• Identify business drivers and monitor the change of business dynamics; make recommendations on business strategies and improvements in financial, operational and business aspects
• Compile analysis reports for business units
• Implement business planning and budgetary control process
• Appraise new business projects from financial & business aspects
• Perform ad hoc business corporate actions and projects or re-engineering review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; preferably with an MBA degree
• Possession of CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 15 years’ audit, finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years’ management experience gained from sizable organization
• Strong business acumen and good analytical skills & communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English, good command of Putonghua an advantage
