Our client is A Leading Telco in Hong Kong

Job Summary:

  • Manage a team of sales force and service support, develop business strategies and sales process to drive revenue growth and to meet company targets and objectives
  • Build brand image and establish market leading position
  • Penetrate new Wholesalers and new business entities in the non-traditional carrier customers such as OTT players, e-Platform enablers, e-Sport enablers, Cloud players, etc.
  • Analyze and monitor sales result in order to understand market movement and to suggest process improvements and sales strategy to deal with market competition

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a new Wholesale sales team to and define, implement business strategies for non-traditional wholesale market
  • Pursue strategic accounts and clinch multiyear deals by maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Support and actively participate in strategic planning and management of wholesales accounts
  • Provide senior management with summary reports of customer needs, concerns, interests, market situation, competitor activities and market potential of new products
  • Conduct one-to-one review with all levels of Account Managers to build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Account Manager’s sales activities and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in experience
  • Solid sales experience in IT / Telecom industry. Prefer in the Wholesale/Carrier sector
  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Excellent presentation skills
