Our Client is A Leading FMCG Company in HK and China

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the MD of the company and oversee the entire HR functions of both Hong Kong and PRC
  • Drive and lead the team of human resources to serve all business units up to competent level and provide strong support in a rapid growth situation
  • Ensure consistency of company policies and practices of human resources management with update labour ordinance
  • Support the development of staff by designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training interventions
  • Develop, manage, implement and administer human resources programs and guidelines which includes the areas of selection & recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development and employees relationships
  • Adopt a leading role in HRIS enhancement and strive for continuous improvement
  • Active engagement in manpower planning, succession planning, recruitment and retention
  • Continually seek strategies to improve recruitment efficiencies and reduce associated costs
  • Lead team members to provide comprehensive and professional HR services in order to ensure the effective and efficiency workflow

 

 

 

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder in human resources or related disciplines
  • At least 15 years human resources working experience, and 8 of which in management level in sizable organizations
  • FMCG/ Manufacturing background is an advantage
  • Well versed knowledge both in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and PRC Labour Law, especially in newly announced Labour Law in PRC
  • Well-organized, ability to prioritize, maintain focus and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature with pleasant personality
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized and highly motivated; able to work independently and under high pressure
  • Team player with positive attitude and unquestionable integrity
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel to PRC 
  • Well-organized, ability to prioritize, maintain focus and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature with pleasant personality
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized and highly motivated; able to work independently and under high pressure
