Our client is A Well-established Retail Chain (Consumer Durables)
To provide strategic and operational leadership in the optimisation of O+O supply chain solutions to support our unique O+O strategy so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.
Job Scope:
- Lead all aspects of the supply chain management, including Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory management, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
- Plan and implement O+O supply chain strategies to align with business objectives and meet company strategic goals.
- Improve and advance the overall supply chain solutions to support business growth offline and online, and to enable the delivery of O+O seamless customer experience.
- Develop, implement and monitor KPIs to measure performance of supply chain departmental/functional areas and to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Provide functional and operational leadership to supply chain, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal processes and systems are in place.
- Build strong collaboration with all functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in key processes and technology solution to optimise cost efficiency and make the complex simple.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- University Degree holder in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management in FMCG.
- With in-depth understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.
- Ability to conceptualize big-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed. Proactive in identifying areas to improve.
- Proficiency in using big data for insights and decisions, can make sense of ambiguous situations.
- Excellent leadership competencies and intellectual capacity. Problem solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to establish positive relations both internal and external.
