Our client is A Multi-brand Retail Chain Operator.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition team to take up core functions of manpower planning, performance monitoring, people costing
  • Provide recruitment solutions to all business functions in a timely manner and plan ahead according to manpower forecasts
  • Conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques for senior management positions
  • Maintain a close working relationship with both internal customers and external vendors
  • Collect and analyze data on the employment market
  • Build an effective employer brand to potential candidates via direct and indirect recruitment channels

Requirements:

  • 12 years or more relevant experience in strategic HR management, manpower planning, performance monitoring, people costing, recruitment and selection
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant field; MBA is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and enjoy meeting multiple deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Retail background is highly preferred
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
