Our Client is A Leading Properties Developer in Hong Kong

Job Summary:

  • A senior leadership role in driving the human capital agenda
  • Lead talent acquisition, reward and benefits and HR technology strategies to achieve the mission of the Company
  • Partner with business leaders to drive manpower resources organization and planning

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the HR strategies and operating plans that align with business strategy to ensure human capital capability to fulfill business requirements
  • Be a HR focal point of business managers in the areas reward management, performance management, organization talent review, learning and development, career development, succession planning and provide inputs to HR Centres of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and new initiatives/programmes  
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build relationship, understand their manpower needs and recommend optimal human capital resources to ensure the right resources are allocated timely and effectively 
  • Leading a team of HR professionals, develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent to deliver the Corporation’s business strategy and growth plans cross Divisions
  • Strategize, plan and execute effective C&B structure and programmes, in conjunction with HR consultancy firms as required.
  • Be the owner of HRIS and HR data analytics and build an effective and efficient platform to support growth strategy and operations
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Highly knowledgeable in the labour rules and regulations of mainland China
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience in all round HR operations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
  • Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
  • High level of ownership and team spirits, and willingness to go beyond extra miles
  • Strong system and process thinking
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to details and sound project management skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
