Our client is A well-established Hong Kong-listed Properties Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the execute proper HR policies for the PRC’s business
  • Manage and lead full spectrum of HR functions with focus in mainland China
  • Provide strategic HR advice on organization development, talent management, executive compensation, legal practice, labour relations and etc.
  • Develop and implement the HR and Admin policies and standards
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews and performs salary benchmarking

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with more than 15 years of solid HR management experience in mainland China.
  • Work independently, multi-tasking, organized and accountable.
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills, with good communication technique.
  • Well-versed with the PRC labour rules and regulations
  • A strategic team leader who is able to deliver results, build teams and drive changes
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
