Our Client is A Big-4 Consulting Firm 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive new ERP financial systems, and provide recommendations on software development
  • Lead the team to collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications. Map business requirements to functional requirements
  • Lead and ensure the smooth delivery of system implementation
  • Lead the teams to create/ review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them.
  • Involve in review and analysis of existing processes, records, reports and user comments in order to identify any problems
  • Assess the reliability and accuracy of accounting data
  • Working with the project team, client team and vendor for all systems related issues, enhancements, system upgrade testing
  • You will identify and implement ongoing end to end process improvement with a aim to drive standardization and efficiency, re-design processes through simplification and drive productivity
  • Implement change management in line with project plan

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in complex ERP implementation and related projects with consultancy
  • Minimum 2 cycles of project implementation experience
  • Good understanding on the life cycle for implementation of the IT applications/systems
  • Knowledge in Real Estate sector is an advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
