Our Client is A Big-4 Consulting Firm 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in margin improvement/ business transformation engaegments in cross industry sectors in supply chain, procurement and business operation models
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management
  • Participate in business development initiatives
  • Positioned as the business architect for end-to-end process design, system vendor management and PMO to manage multiple vendors (design, build, test, go-live and post go live support, etc.)
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups / change management
  • Build strong internal relationships within the Firm Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
  • Act as project manager to lead team on client projects
  • Assist in managing ERP system vendors, highlight and update management team on different milestones and issues arisen during the process
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring functional / technical designs and requirements are captured and documented to meet clients’ needs
  • Manage and co-work with external service and software vendors to manage projects
  • Participate in the career and performance development of the Performance Improvement practice by serving as a career counselor, training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading and implementing agile business transformation broadly across a large enterprise
  • Strong consulting experience is essential, preferably in leading consulting / professional services firms or as internal project leader for industry practitioner
  • Experience in leading power & utilities companies is preferable
  • Proven track record in asset lifecycle from Strategic Planning/Capital projects to Operations and Maintenance
  • Strong knowledge about predictive maintenance and mobile workforce
  • Familiar with ISO5500/Institute of Asset Management concepts
  • Strong capabilities of functional and technical requirements formulation, vendor evaluation, and change management is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients
  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership ability
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.
