Our client is A Leading Hospitality Group in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • review existing reports for improvement and propose reports that the business needs for value adding analytics / decision making
  • define and prioritize reporting requirements, and document report specifications
  • work with IT for feasibility assessment and develop development plan to realize reporting requirements
  • prepare business case for development work
  • define process scope, identify process stakeholders, set up process team structure, and assess high level process change impact
  • define process team responsibilities, conduct voice of customer and voice of process, define business value proposition, develop high level target operating model (TOM), estimate TOM process costs and prepare business case
  • develop detailed TOM, refine TOM process costs and update business case, conduct new / improved process pilots and trials
  • document standard operating procedures, define and set targets for operational KPIs, deliver user training, perform process user acceptance testing, prepare change management roadmap, develop transition plan, conduct onsite trial and pre-launch, revise process costs and finalize new BAU operational budget, launch new BAU, and track business benefits realization
  • conduct project based on Business Process Review (BPR) methodology / templates, and execute project review sessions
  • support running the BPR PMO for governance spanning across Project Initiation, Prioritization, Selection, Registration, Management, Execution and Status Update; as well as process architecture alignment

Requirements:

  • university degree in business related disciplines
  • proven experience in the areas of business analysis (business requirements study, functional requirements definition, reporting specifications documentation), business process improvement (lean six sigma), PMO, project management, and change management
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
  • extensive understanding of knowledge, technical competency and utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools 
  • computer literacy with Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio)
  • high proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
