Our client is A Major Insurance Company in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Special Projects to deliver project management, strategic planning and implementation support for key projects / initiatives;
  • Plan and execute projects related to business development, productivity improvement, process reengineering, etc.;
  • Manage projects throughout project life cycle by accomplishing key tasks including business proposal, project planning, budget and resources control, progress monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, etc.;
  • Provide all-rounded support to Head of Special Projects for short-or-long plans/ projects;
  • Perform other duties at the request of Head of Special Projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration Management or related subjects;
  • At least 7 years’ working experience in project management or related areas in insurance company or bank with successful track records;
  • Solid knowledge on Life/Non-life insurance, regulations and technology trend;
  • Certification on project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred;
  • Strong organizational and people management skills;
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement initiatives / projects;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good business judgment;
  • A self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work well with superiors, co-workers and external stakeholders;
  • Good spoken and writing skills in both English & Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
