Our Client is a Very Large Hospitality Group in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. To support divisions/departments on learning and development needs identification and analysis, curriculum design and implementation of training effectiveness measuring system in alignment with the business strategic focus and direction. 
  2. To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Organisation Development, division heads/managers, Human Resources, training vendors, etc. to ensure learning and talent priorities are delivered effectively and with maximum efficiency.
  3. With succession planning in place, the job holder is required to develop and implement an effective development programme for the Company’s management high potential with customised approaches and plans to enhance the leadership capability of our talent. 
  4. To lead a small team of L&D members in the effective implementation of people development plans and overseeing the smooth execution of training operations.
  5. To partner with division and HR to facilitate the divisional functional competency framework and management job rotation.
  6. To select appropriate external consultant and monitor the quality to sustain ROI of all learning resources.
  7. To deliver classroom trainings including facilitation and hosting of learning and development events
  8. To support the relocation of the Academy to ensure smooth transition and continuity of training activities. 

 

  Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree education in HR, Business Management or equivalent
  2. Minimum 10 years of solid learning and development experience in multi-national companies at managerial level
  3. Experience in building strong and effective professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders in sizeable organisations
  4. Possess strong facilitation, coaching and people management skills
  5. Proven team player with exceptional communication and influencing skills and capable of managing stakeholders at all levels in both business division and HR
  6. A good balance between strategic thinking and attention to details
  7. High proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese
