Our Client is A Leading Real Estate Investment Fund

Responsibilities:

• Assist GM/Director (Investment) in carrying out investment strategy that is consistent with the company overall growth strategy
• Assist GM/Director (Investment) in deal execution, due diligence, conduct research on markets
• Evaluate and execute the investment opportunities in charge including mergers, acquisitions and divestment activities
• Analyze the impact of the investment opportunities and their financing options

Requirements:

•  5-8 years China real estate M&A experience through agency/funds/property developers (no need for banking experience)
• Chartered surveyor in General Practice Division; HKIS or RICS members preferred
• Background in asset management and/or development in commercial/retail properties a plus
