Our client is A Leading Insurance Firm in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • To support VP, Agency Strategy in planning, developing and implementing short and long-term agency strategy to support the agency force to achieve manpower, productivity, production and persistency targets and results
  • To create, implement and lead program that increases the agency distribution efficiency, Effective Agent, Qualified Manager, agent retention, activity ratios and productivity of the agency force.
  • To manage and control the expenses of agency development projects within planned budget
  • To lead, supervise and monitor the sub-ordinate staff to accomplish the business strategies, plans, programs, projects and departmental operations
  • To coordinate with Director of Agency, Regional Directors and internal departments to implement the Agency Development strategy and tactical plans
  • Deliverables:
  1.  
    1. Agency Strategy and Project Development – develop tactical plan and projects to align with agency development strategy of the company from time to time
    2. Productivity – to develop tactical plan to support and enhance the sales productivity of agency
    3. Agency Relationship Building – form agency focus groups to collect feedback from agency and manage expectations on agency development strategies and projects
    4. Ad Hoc Corporate Projects
    5. Staff Training and Development – Supervise and provide on-the-training sub-ordinates

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Professional designations such as CFP, FLMI, CIAM are preferable
  • Over 10 years’ working experience in insurance industry
  • Direct experience in Agency Development / Agency Administration
  • Over 5 years’ working experience as an agent and agency manager of tied agency companies is preferable
