Our client is A listed conglomerate in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct all aspects of an organization’s investor relations policies, objectives, and initiatives
• Maintain and improve relations between the company and its shareholders and/or the general financial community
• Communicate shareholders’ activities and investor feedback to Board of Directors
• Expand and maintain the company’s investor outreach programme
• Participate in management presentations
• Prepare semi-annual earning announcements and participate in related conference calls
• Prepare for non-deal and deal road shows and major investment conferences to promote company’s awareness among institutional investors
• Maintain media relationship and manage the media and investment analysts in what they write about the company
• Promote a positive image of the company to the above as well as fund managers and prospective investors
• Plan, organize and coordinate corporate events such as roadshows, results announcements and lead site visits for prospective investors, fund managers and analysts
• Responsible for investors’ communication and handle investors enquiries
• Produce and update company profile and prepare presentation materials
• Compile and dispatch corporation information and press releases (IR related)

Reuirements:

• Degree holder; CFA/ CPA is an advantage
• Proficient editorial skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Excellent quantitative mind and technically strong in analyzing financial statements
• Presentable, excellent communication skills, tactful, fast learner and able to work under pressure
• Minimum 10 years of IR or Equity Research experience with sizeable organization
