Our client is A well-established Properties Management Company

Responsibilities:

  • Manage different teams within the residential + commercial portfolios of the developer including concierge services, property management, handover, facility management, etc.
  • Formulate facility management strategies and implement action plans for enhancing facility management services for both residential and commercial portfolios
  • Manage the overall operational performance of the facility management consultants
  • Develop initiatives to enhance the quality of services as well as the overall service value to residents and tenants
  • Liaise and coordinate with the relevant departments and parties to provide the best-practice solutions in relation to property management services from pre-handover and post-handover stages
  • Liaise and collaborate with the relevant government departments, officials and property management companies, etc. to ensure the compliance with the latest statutory regulations and requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with 8 years at managerial level
  • A strategic team player who is able to deliver results, build teams and drives changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and able to establish rapport with all levels of people
  • Experience of managing both residential, office and commercial assets is preferable
