Our client is A Very Large HK-listed Financial Institution

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Wealth Management Operations team to provide high quality and efficient back office support on wealth management / financial planning products services  to the sales departments
  • Conduct quality review, formulate operations procedures, strengthen internal control to improve service standard, efficiency and effectiveness of internal workflow from time to time
  • Propose and recommend enhancement in processes to maintain high level of services provided
  • Perform production data analysis and compliance checking on applications
  • Manage system development including preparation of business requirement specification and user manual as well as delivery of user training
  • Coordinate and work closely with other internal departments on daily operations and new projects development
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on process enhancement and streamlining implementation
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services industry with at least 5 years’ at managerial level
  • Strong knowledge in full range of insurance, unit linked and investment products and solid implementation experience in operation systems, procedures and internal controls
  • Good leadership, analytical and problem solving skills and able to work effectively at all levels
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High integrity and flexibility to keep pace with product and market development
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
