Job Summary:

  • The incumbent is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for executing and delivering the business objectives to achieve sustainable growth of the organization
  • He/she shall be overseeing the business operations and performance, establishing policies and upholding organization culture and vision, building and leading a cohesive and productive work team.


  • Oversee the back-office operations of the business, and work closely with the CEO to report on business performance
  • Implement business strategies, systems, plans and procedures
  • Ensure the organizational goals and objective are delivered
  • Lead/build a cohesive and productive work team to maximize business performance
  • Evaluate and analyze business performance to find opportunities, combat anomalies and take proactive measures
  • Keep abreast with the latest lifestyle to recommend products and services
  • Look for and recommend business expansion feasibilities and opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with business partners and vendors
  • Take ad hoc projects as directed by CEO, and the Chairman


  • University Degree holder with more than 15 years relevant working experiences
  • Previous relevant and proven track records
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
