Our client is A Well-established Retail Chain in Hong Kong


  • Develop digital marketing strategies and initiatives to promote company’s content, enhance customer relationship and promote e-services.
  • Develop, execute and participate in acquisition and retention campaigns to retain and attract more customers
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective campaigns and build digital infrastructure to achieve business objectives.
  • Review the latest technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Make use of effective means of digital marketing/ social media to support the eShop business 


  • University graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience in the digital space with at least 3 years at a managerial/leadership level. Experience in online agency and retail/ FMCG industry preferred
  • Good track record in establishing brand awareness & building business through online channels.
  • Familiarized with digital media and platforms including social media, websites, online advertising, EDM, search engine, and mobile/media co-operation
  • Strong analytical skill, project management and problem solving skills.
  • Innovative, positive thinking, result driven and highly motivated self-starter.
