Our client is A Global Multi-brand Retail Group

Job Scope:

  • As the Social Media Strategist, you will report directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer.  Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you are required to evaluate, and recommend social media strategies for various retail brands of the entire Group’s business.  You are expected to work closely with marketing teams in the operating markets, leverage on our overall brand strategy and assists to build digital audience and drive customer engagement.


  • Analyzing current social media branding efforts, identify opportunities, and implement best practices as well as new procedures to meet acquisition, lifecycle, and brand marketing goals.
  • Work closely with our brand, SEO, PR and BU marketing teams to create content and online engagement opportunities that effectively deliver superior user experiences, and reinforce the brand while increasing reach and engagement.
  • Use social listening tools to guide the strategy and measure results.
  • Work directly with the data and analytics team to generate relevant KPIs, develop relevant dashboards and analytical insights.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


  • To qualify, you should have substantial experience in digital marketing specializing in social media in a sizeable organization or a creative agency.
  • You should possess a relevant university degree in marketing related disciplines. Familiarity with B2C market, experience in managing multiple brands is an advantage.
  • You are required to have good knowledge in digital trends with hands on experience in executing relevant project.
  • You should be an independent individual with a strong commercial sense.
