Our client is A Properties Company in HK


  • Strategic planning for the Marketing and Leasing activities of the property portfolio of the group and is accountable for the overall performance of commercial leasing and retail shops leasing of the portfolio.
  • Set up marketing and leasing policies, strategies, targets, objectives, budgets and guidelines for the portfolio.  To execute the above in order to maximize the portfolios’ return.
  • Conduct regular meetings and periodic reviews for all areas including budget and marketing plans and implement improvements whenever necessary.  Regularly review the leasing performance of the portfolio and identify areas of improvement.
  • Keep abreast of overall market conditions, determine proper actions according to market situation and deeply involve in major leasing efforts.  Conduct market survey and to produce comprehensive market analysis report to senior management
  • Submission of periodic reports
    • Monthly Performance Report / Monthly Income Report
    • Monthly Expenditure report
    • Annual Income and Expenditure Forecast
    • Annual budget on manpower planning
  • Project Management: To advise on the positioning of the building, participate in renovation projects, develop and implement marketing and leasing programme, proposal of pricing structure
  • To monitor rental payment of all tenants and ensure proper instructions are given to solicitors to take appropriate legal actions. 
  • To give affirmations to the Court for distraint or writ against tenants.
  • To keep close contact with property developers, agents, prospective clients, establish and maintain long-term relationship with tenants and other relevant parties.
  • To respond to tenants’ enquiries and complaints and ensure all tenants’ matters are dealt with properly.
  • Corporate Identity Management: To work with the senior management in establishing the corporate identity for the group, image for the properties under assigned portfolio; to participate in all projects with regard to image building
  • Leading the leasing team, oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the department and ensure that all operations are conducted effectively and efficiently
  • Manpower planning / mobilization and staff supervision
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects as required by the senior management


  • Degree holder, at least 15 years relevant properties leasing/ marketing experience, and 10 of which in management level
  • Experience in dealing with reputable/ major tenants in CBD is an advantage
  • Well-organized, ability to prioritize, maintain focus and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature with pleasant personality
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized and highly motivated; able to work independently and under high pressure
  • Team player with positive attitude and unquestionable integrity
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
