Our client is A Well-established Entertainment Group (non-gambling)


  • Manage and lead full spectrum of HR functions with focus in employee engagement and alignment of the fringe benefits in group level
  • Provide strategic HR advice on organization development, talent management, executive compensation, legal practice, labour relations and etc.
  • Develop and implement the HR and Admin policies and standard for the group
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews and performs salary benchmarking
  • Assist in other ad-hoc undertakings as assigned by senior management.


  • Degree holder with a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in HR Management.
  • Work independently, multi-tasking, organized and accountable.
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills, with good communication technique.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including the Cantonese dialect.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
