Our client is A Leading Entertainment / Hospitality Company 




  • Responsible for HR Policy, Process and Compliance
  • ŸRevamping processes and procedures in alignment with the vision, legal compliances and existing policies by reviewing and updating forms, oversee document control and their relationships of process flows, identifying priorities of change, and formulating implementation plans.
  • ŸInternal housekeeping to be structured along ISO principles. Undertake BPR projects as assigned.



  • ŸUniversity degree in Human Resources or related disciplines and relevant experiences with wide exposure in customer-oriented and consulting role in medium/large organisation
  • Knowledgeable in the regulatory environment and its dynamics as well as implications to business
  • ŸPrior experience in conducting BPR and implementing change management initiatives for large workforces an advantage
  • ŸSophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
  • ŸFlexibility and ability to work and liaise effectively at every level of a complex sizeable organisation
  • ŸExcellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
