Our client is A Leading Insurance Firm in Hong Kong 


  • Execute full spectrum of human resources operation services;
  • Formulate, review, enhance and implement human resources and office administration policies and procedures;
  • Develop and implement human resources / corporate initiatives including but not limited to reward management, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee relations, policy and procedure development, risk and legislative compliance while handle all related administrative issues and concerns;
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives and projects;
  • Conduct research and market surveys on various HR issues regarding best practices and market trends;
  • Prepare monthly reports, staff cost and headcount analysis, budget plan and budget reforecast as required;
  • Maintain proper employee information and status in employee’s personnel file and HRMS as required by law, auditing processes and best practices;
  • Lead and drive HR & Corporate Wellness Programs as assigned;
  • Provide quality supporting services and foster motivation in the office environment;
  • Handle any ad hoc projects as deem required.


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Resourceful, positive thinking, self-motivated and results-driven team leader/player;
  • Solid ground in employment legislation and compliance initiatives;
  • Good analytical and project management skills;
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience as generalist role; in which 8 years at managerial position;
  • Practical experience in insurance/financial industries is preferably;
  • Conversant with internet / PC applications, (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR Information System etc.).
