Our client is A Hong Kong Conglomerate。

Job Summary: 

Ensures timely, accurate and meaningful management reports and quarterly financial consolidation are properly prepared and complied with statutory accounting requirements


  • Assists in preparing group monthly management reports
  • Prepares quarterly financial consolidation to holding company and liaises with external auditors on interim and year-end audit
  • Ensures that business units submit financial and management reports on time and gathers information and explanatory from finance team of business units
  • Assists in preparing analysis for holding company and for statutory disclosure purpose
  • Assists in preparing analysis for budget and quarterly business review purpose
  • Takes parts in other ad hoc project



  • University Degree
  • Qualified accountant with 8 years’ working experience field with both audit and commercial group, of which at least 3 years’ experience should be at managerial level
  • Strong experience in reporting and large scale consolidation
  • Listed company background is an advantage
