Our client is A Major International Consulting Firm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored EAM strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing asset lifecycle, maintenance strategies, and risk management to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and oversee comprehensive enterprise asset management (EAM) projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage a team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the development of expertise within the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EAM solutions with other competencies and enterprise systems, such as ERP and CMMS.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in EAM, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development, client presentations, and participation in industry events to expand the consultancy's EAM practice.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, methodologies, and ethical practices, maintaining the consultancy's reputation for delivering high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., IAM) a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise asset management consulting, with a focus on large-scale projects and complex client environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of EAM principles, including asset performance management, reliability engineering, and predictive maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, sustainable EAM solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant EAM software platforms and emerging technologies in the asset management space.
