Our client is A Leading Hospitality Group in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- To assist Senior Management to ensure a good condition of hotel facilities, building services system including arranging ad-hoc repair, monitoring Engineering team and contractor progress and workmanship
- To plan and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical equipment
- To manage and supervise the performance of vender and the Engineering team
- To monitor T&C procedures for R&M, A&A works and to ensure contractor works are up to standard
- To assist to deal with emergency and arrange ad-hoc repair
- To assume other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Certificate holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in Engineering
- Self-driven and Great interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A good team player, flexible and detail - minded
- Good communication and outgoing characters
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
