Our client is A HK-listed Conglomerate
Responsibilities:
- As a business partner to the top management team to formulate and execute appropriate IT strategies to support the business strategies.
- To manage technical staff and all IT related issues, such as system development, operation, support services, network & infrastructure development, vendor relations, etc.
- To work closely with the business units to ensure that key business needs and objectives are met.
- To analyze operational aspects, identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving services efficiency and effectiveness.
- To proactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes for troublesome trends and assist in the infrastrcture planning and optimization.
Requirements:
- A university graduate, preferably in the IT discipline with at least 15 years of working experience; MBA is an advantage.
- 5 years or more managerial experience in leading a sizable IT department.
- Possess strong leadership skills including ability to paint a compelling vision for the future and inspire the organization to execute that vision.
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.
- Experienced in strategy development, planning and managing applications implementation and IT infrastructure which includes developing project plans and estimating work efforts and costs.
- A systematic problem solver with the ability to translate business needs into technology system solutions. Experienced in handling multiple concurrent, high visibility, high stress tight-deadline projects or issues.
