Our client is A HK-listed Conglomerate

Responsibilities:

  • To develop CRM strategy and lead the team to implement CRM strategy and omni-channel programs including acquisition, retention, cross-selling synergies and engagement
  • To work closely with analytics team to identify cross-selling opportunities, initiate and develop cross-selling campaigns. Lead and manage end-to-end campaign cycle from pre-campaign planning, execution, customer communication, data tracking and campaign evaluation
  • To develop and implement omni customer experience strategy to improve customer satisfaction. Source and negotiate with internal and external partners to enhance membership privileges
  • To lead day-today membership operation and VIP campaigns to maximize customer engagement, and timely flag to department head

Requirments:

  • Relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing, with good understanding of CRM systems in high-end membership club will be an advantage
  • Independent and self-initiative, and able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with positive thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
